111 North Main St, strategically located in close proximity to Northfield Village. The site formerly housed a granite cutting operation that was abandoned and left vacant decades ago. Once mitigation is complete Northfield Village Development will invest approximately $5,000,000 to build a 25-30 unit residential complex. Project is scheduled to break ground Spring of 2025.
